Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we’ll do our best to make things right.
 Customers should return items within 30 days from the original purchase date. We are unable to accept returns made after 30 days from the original purchase date, except at the discretion of our customer service team.
 We are unable to accept returns on expired products.
Return Process
  • If you purchased product directly from Bixbi Pet, please contact the customer service team to receive a return form and a free return shipping label for all authorized returns through our online store. You may reach out to us at info@bixbipet.com or (303) 666-1070.
  • Using the free shipping label provided, please ship the unused portion of the product back in its original packaging along with the return form.
  • We will credit the payment method originally used to make the purchase.
  • Please allow 2 weeks for your return to be processed. Some payment methods take longer than others. Refunds will be issued for the item’s actual purchase price. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund original shipping charges.
If you purchased product from one of our authorized resellers, please contact that reseller directly to arrange your return. Bixbi will credit the reseller’s account once the return has been processed.
Please note, we cannot guarantee product sold by unauthorized third party sellers on Amazon.com, Jet.com or Walmart.com. You can identify them because the products are not sold by and fulfilled by Amazon or Jet.  Additionally, we do not sell RAWBBLE foods online through retailers like Amazon.com, Chewy.com or Jet.com.  If you purchased any RAWBBLE item online (Amazon, Chewy, Jet, etc.) and not through an independent pet retailer, your RAWBBLE purchase is not covered by our satisfaction guarantee.
