We believe in accountability in ingredient sourcing, freshness and nutrition. We believe you shouldn’t have to worry about what’s in your pet’s food.
What does S.A.F.E. really mean? It means we start with real, whole food ingredients and cook them the way you’d cook them – at low temps for a short period of time. We don’t believe in over processing because we believe you should get what you pay for.
The importance of a food’s digestibility should not be overlooked. Digestibility levels indicate a food’s ability to deliver essential nutrients, which is a key indicator of product quality. Minimally processed protein, cooked only once delivers more bioavailable nutrients than rendered meal powders. In fact, fresh meat is proven to be more digestible, have better amino acid absorption and provide more energy to dogs.¹
Amino acids are the basic building blocks of protein and are considered essential nutrients for all humans and animals. Every dog has the natural ability to produce amino acids with the exception of 10 essential amino acids, which must come from their diet. The fresh meat in RAWBBLE is an excellent source of protein, rich in nutrients and amino acids, including naturally occurring taurine and its essential precursors cysteine and methionine.
At BIXBI, we only use fresh meat in RAWBBLE food. Why? Because fresh is best. Fresh meat is shown to have superior digestibility high amino acid absorption and ensures your dog gets balanced whole food nutrition at every meal. Highly processed ingredients cooked at high temperatures limit nutrient bioavailability. A high heat rendered meal is left with potentially denatured amino acids.²
Every ingredient in RAWBBLE is selected with purpose. We choose whole, nutrient-rich ingredients instead of industrial-grade fillers like soy, corn, rice and wheat. We never use by-products, cheap protein concentrates or fractionated ingredients like pea starch, beet pulp, etc.
