Account Dashboard

From your account dashboard you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses, add payment methods, and edit your password and account details. The most important feature, for you, will be the Subscriptions tab. You can manage your subscription, and make any changes that you need to, right from your account. You can always find your account by clicking the little person icon in the upper right corner.

Edit Your Subscription

Want to change your renewal date? Want to add items or switch recipes? Do you need your order sooner than you thought? Or do you just want to see when your next order is scheduled to process? You have access to all of this and more in your Account! Follow the steps below to complete some of the most common actions in your account. Just make sure that you make your changes before your subscription renewal date.

How to change your renewal date:

  1. From the “Subscriptions” tab in your account dashboard, click in the “Change Next Shipping Date Box”.
  2. Select the date that you would like your order to process, and click “Go”
  3. If you want your order to process immediately, click “Order Now, Reschedule from Today”.
  4. If you have too much food, and you need to skip a shipment, click “Skip Next Order”.

How to add items and rotate proteins in your subscription: 

  1. Find the item that you would like to add on our website.
  2. Select the size that you would like.
  3. In the grey box titled “Add to existing subscription”, click the dropdown menu and select your subscription. 
  4. Click “Add to Existing Subscription”.
  5. If you want to remove an item, navigate back to your account and click on “Subscriptions”. 
  6. Scroll down to “Subscription totals”, and click the “x” next to the item that you no longer want.

How to change renewal frequency: 

  1. From the “Subscriptions” tab in your account dashboard, click “Edit Subscription” in the “Actions” section. 
  2. In the “Change Frequency” box, select the new frequency that you would like. 
  3. Scroll down, and click “Save Details”.

Update your address:

  1. You can update your shipping address, change your payment method, or even cancel your subscription all from the “Actions” box.

  • To add items to your subscription, go to the product you want to add. (You can also search for products within your account dashboard.)

  • Click the “Add to Existing Subscription” button. (Please only click once to allow the page to reload)
  • To change the size of an item in your subscription, go to your account dashboard.
  • Click the Subscriptions tab.
  • Click the View / Edit button next to your subscription.
  • Scroll down to the Subscription Totals area.
  • Click the Change Size button below the product you would like to change.
  • Select the new size.
  • Click Add to Cart
  • Complete the checkout process. Don’t worry you won’t be charged until the time of your next renewal.

We send you an email a few days before your subscription is set to process. This is a great time to log in to your account, and change your protein. 

 
To switch proteins in your subscription, first add the new recipe you wish to order, then remove the old one:

Yes, any new items you add to your subscription will include the subscription discount.
  • To cancel your subscription, go to your account dashboard.
  • Click the Subscriptions tab.
  • Click the View / Edit button next to your subscription.
  • Click the Cancel Subscription button in the Actions menu.
  • Your subscription will display the status Pending Cancellation until the end of your current cycle. Your subscription will not renew and you won’t be charged.
  • You may reactivate your subscription at any time while cancellation is pending. Your subscription will be fully cancelled at the end of your current cycle.
No, there is no fee for cancelling your subscription.
Please contact us immediately. As long as your order has not shipped, we can remove and refund the duplicate order.
  • To increase the quantities in your order, go to your account dashboard.
  • Click the Subscriptions tab.
  • Click the View / Edit button next to your subscription.
  • Click the Edit Subscription button in the Actions menu.
  • You can change the quantities of your items in the product details area.
  • Once you have updated quantities, save your changes by scrolling down and click the Save Details button.
  • Your next renewal will reflect these changes.
  • To increase the quantities in your order, go to your account dashboard.
  • Click the Subscriptions tab.
  • Click the View / Edit button next to your subscription.
  • Click the Skip Next Order button in the Actions menu.
  • Your next renewal will be skipped.
  • Your next order date will be reflected in your subscription details.
  • You can change your next order date at any time via the Change Next Shipping Date menu within your subscription details.
  • To change the ship date for your order, go to your account dashboard.
  • Click the Subscriptions tab.
  • Click the View / Edit button next to your subscription.
  • You can change your next order date at any time via the Change Next Shipping Date menu within your subscription details.

Yes, you will receive an email before your renewal order is placed.

Not receiving our emails? Try checking your spam folder.

If your renewal payment method fails, you will receive an email notification and we will attempt to retry your payment method again automatically. Your email notification details when we will attempt to retry the charge. If you do not wish to wait you can click the pay now link in the email to manually renew your subscription. You can also manually renew your subscription within your account dashboard.
