  • How can I add an item to my subscription?

    • To add items to your subscription, go to the product you want to add.

    • Select an existing subscription from the dropdown menu.

    • Click the “Add to Subscription” button. (Please only click once to allow the page to reload)

  • How do I change items in my subscription?

    • To switch items in your subscription, first add the new item you wish to order, then remove the old one.

  • How do I rotate between proteins in my subscription?

    When you have a subscription, you can choose to automatically rotate recipes with each shipment. This gives you the flexibility to receive a different recipe each time you receive your order.

    • To rotate recipes in your subscription, go to your account dashboard and navigate to the 'Subscription' tab.

    • Click the “Edit Subscription” button.

    • Under 'Actions' select 'Update subscription' from the dropdown menu.

    • Go to the product you'd like to rotate recipes for and select the checkbox "Automatically rotate recipes".

    • Select the recipes you'd like to rotate with.

    • Click the "Save Details" button.

  • Will the subscription discount still apply if I change items?

    Yes, any new items you add to your subscription will include the subscription discount.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    • To cancel your subscription, go to your account dashboard.

    • Click the 'Subscriptions' tab.

    • Click the 'Edit Subscription' button next to your subscription.

    • Click 'Cancel' in the Actions dropdown menu.

    • Your subscription will display the status Pending Cancellation until the end of your current cycle. Your subscription will not renew and you won’t be charged.

    • You may reactivate your subscription at any time while cancellation is pending. Your subscription will be fully cancelled at the end of your current cycle.

  • Is there a fee for canceling my subscription?

    No, there is no fee for cancelling your subscription.

  • I need more food than I thought! How can I add more bags to my subscription?

    • To increase the quantities in your order, go to your account dashboard.

    • Click the 'Subscriptions' tab

    • Click the 'Edit Subscriptions' button next to your subscription.

    • Select 'Update Subscription' in the Actions dropdown menu.

    • You can change the quantities of your items in the product details area.

    • Once you have updated quantities, save your changes by scrolling down and click the Save Details button.

    • Your next renewal will reflect these changes.

  • We have too much food this month! How can I skip this month's delivery?

    • To skip your next order, go to your account dashboard.

    • Click the Subscriptions tab.

    • Click the 'Edit Subscription' button next to your subscription.

    • Select 'Skip Next Order' from the Actions dropdown menu.

    • Your next renewal will be skipped.

    • Your next order date will be reflected in your subscription details.

    • You can change your next order date at any time via the Change Next Shipping Date menu within your subscription details.

  • I need my subscription order sooner than I originally thought! How can I change the ship date?

    • To change the ship date for your order, go to your account dashboard.

    • Click the 'Subscriptions' tab.

    • Click the 'Edit Subscriptions' button next to your subscription.

    • You can change your next order date at any time via the Change Next Order Date menu within your subscription details.
