Late summer, often referred to as the “dog days” of summer. A time when things slow down, get hot and lazy. We went in the opposite direction for DROOL Issue No. 4. A bunch of fantastic art… We might be dropping the issue in the dog days of summer, but there is nothing stagnant about it.
